       "My wife and I hired Precision Painting to paint our three story house in Lynnewood a few weeks ago. The estimate was customized to our needs and many options were made available to us. Test patches were painted on multiple locations on the house to ensure the colors we chose complimented each other and flowed together.       The house was power cleaned before any work began and Paul even cleaned out my plugged gutter. I enjoy drinking coffee on my porch in the morning and I appreciated the fact this area of the house was completed first, so I could go back to drinking my coffee in a relaxing location. Prep work is necessary for a quality paint job and all caulking, sanding, scrapping and priming was completed before painting began. A few boards on my deck were discovered to be failing and Paul replaced these boards without charging me any additional fee.

      The crew worked consecutive days and arrived when they said they would each day. The job site was cleaned up daily and all of the men working on the house were polite and courteous.

      Overall, the paint on our house looks great! Several of the neighbors have complimented how nice the new paint on our house looks.        "When the winter doldrums get you down, it's time for a facelift, and that's exactly what we did when we had our kitchen painted by Precision Painting Service of Klamath Falls.

       Brandon came out, looked the area over and gave us an estimate. We were eligible for so many discounts that the price was more than reasonable.

       A date was set for the work to be done, and the painters arrived at the appointed time. They took great care to cover everything either with a drop cloth or tape. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to put two coats of paint on the walls and ceiling. Afterward they carefully cleaned the area.

       Later that afternoon, (after calling first to ensure it was OK) Brandon arrived to inspect their work. He looked the job over very carefully and even touched up a few places. It was clear that he expected and got top quality from the painters and from himself.

       "About a year ago, we hired a friend’s son, who, we were assured, was a “professional painter”, to paint our house. We have seldom made such a horrendous mistake. He left our house a wreck, with paint slopped on windows, fixtures, everywhere. Furthermore, he left many places not done at all. So this year we had to correct it. When we saw Brandon’s age, we were a bit skeptical of hiring his company to redo our house. We worried he lacked experience, and because we had just had a young man botch the job, were sensitive to that. But upon looking at the extensive brochure he provided, evaluating several other contractor’s offerings, and talking with him about our concerns, we decided to go with Precision.

       This time our choice paid off. I’ve hired many contractors over the last 40 years, in the various trades, and I can safely say that these gentlemen are the BEST, and Most Professional, of all of them. They were honest and courteous. They do what they say they will do, when and how, they say they will do it. They didn’t start our job, and then leave us hanging to work on another one. That has been done, on long jobs, by every other contractor I’ve used, in the Basin. They were there every work day until completion. They gave us good advice concerning what we wanted done, and how best to do it. Brandon or Paul reviewed each day’s work. Every few days, we had a walk-around tour of the job with Brandon. Any concerns or comments were addressed then.

       As the job progressed, it became apparent that we needed to enlarge the scope of the job, beyond what we originally wanted done. That was immediately implemented, and at a reasonable price. My wife is quite picky about what is done to her house. She has found fault with the job of virtually every contractor I’ve ever hired. She had many “suggestions” for the painters, as the job progressed. All her concerns were addressed, to her satisfaction. Brandon actually was more critical of the job than my wife. I never thought I would see that. If I ever have my house painted again, in Klamath Falls, I will try to use Precision. Like I said, THEY ARE THE BEST! Thanks for the wonderful job!"
